A Molly Harrison specialty, the dough known as “Pate a Choux” offers unlimited possibilities for desserts and savory alike. Join us as we learn more about this intriguing pastry. We will be making the Choux by hand and you will learn different shapes, sizes, cooking techniques and how to utilize these vessels to create different offerings like cream puffs, eclairs, pommes dauphine, croquembouche, churros, and more! You will get to take home your creations along with the recipes for everything you prepare in class. You will be welcomed with one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage & light snacks will be provided.
Class will be 2.5 hours of instruction and hands on workshop with half an hour at the end to relax and enjoy!

Due to the nature of our kitchen, and that cooking is an inherently dangerous activity, Hovey & Harrison asks that all participants be over the age of 18. This is for your own peace of mind as well as for the comfort of our other guests. The exception to this policy is any of our kids classes, which will have an adjusted age requirement based on the course.
